End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Secrecy Under Passion Records ("SUP Records," "we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, accessing, or using our websites, mobile applications, or digital media (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. License Grant

SUP Records grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with this Agreement.


2. Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute the Platform or its content
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
  • Rent, lease, or sublicense the Platform
  • Use the Platform to infringe on intellectual property or violate any law


    • 3. Intellectual Property

    All content on the Platform, including music, images, videos, text, logos, and software, is the property of SUP Records or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You do not acquire any ownership rights by using the Platform.


    4. Termination

    This license is effective until terminated. SUP Records may terminate your access at any time without notice if you violate this Agreement. Upon termination, you must stop all use of the Platform and delete any content obtained.


    5. No Warranty

    The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." SUP Records makes no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.


    6. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, SUP Records shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.


    7. Governing Law

    This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.


    8. Changes to this Agreement

    SUP Records reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be posted on the Platform and will be effective immediately upon posting.
