The following terms and conditions (the "Terms and Conditions") govern your use of all websites and mobile applications operated by Secrecy Under Passion Records ("Secrecy Under Passion," "SUP Records," "we," "us," or "our"), including any related digital properties, features, content, and services (collectively, the "Site"). This includes the representation of artists under our label, such as Supsrem and others.

By accessing, browsing, or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, please do not use the Site.

  • Your violation of these Terms and Conditions,
  • Your violation of any rights of another.


    • 11. Governing Law

    These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding related to the Site shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in San Jose del Monte, Bulacan.
